These Halloween color by number reading comprehension worksheets are SO DANG FUN.
Your students will love them – and will start asking for more on every holiday!
How do they work?
It’s simple!
First, students read the Halloween passage (I recommend highlighting as they read!).
Next, they circle the answers to the four questions.
Each answer has a color written next to it.
Students use their answers to color in the mystery picture!
You receive a total of 5 reading passages with questions (and 5 answer keys, of course!) with this reading comprehension set.
There are four fiction passages and one nonfiction passage.
The passage titles are:
The passages are short, so you won’t take an entire class period completing them!
There are also four questions for each passage so you can assess the students‘ comprehension of the reading passages quickly and efficiently.
Everything is also one page… because I can’t stand having to wait for a copy to staple pages!
